KAIZEN

Kaizen – The Japanese word for ‘change for the better’ or ‘improvement’. Kaizen is a methodology of continuous cost reduction; reduce quality problems, and delivery time reduction through rapid, team-based improvement activity. Kaizen is both a philosophy and a systematic approach to improving processes. This approach can be learned by everyone and applied everywhere.
