ONE PIECE FLOW
One Piece Flow – The process of producing one piece at a
time; it is the opposite of batch production. With one piece flow
there is much shorter processing time. Additionally, there is reduced
handling and space required for each workspace. As opposed to batch,
the next process can determine exactly when or how problems occur.
In addition, we can switch production to different items with minimum
interruption to production flow.
